About The Author
Frank Bigott
Frank Bigott grew up in New York City amid gangs, drugs, and street crime. He faced death multiple times before age 17, at knifepoint, gunpoint, hanging from a six-story building, and falling from another. In 1974, legal trouble led him to volunteer for the Marines for two years, beginning a journey that would take him far from Brooklyn streets.
After military service, he worked as a cabby, bartender, bouncer, bagman, and enforcer before deciding to attend college at 22. He earned degrees from Kingsborough Community College and Baruch College while working as a HUD cop on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. At 28, he left New York permanently after marrying a farmer’s daughter he met in New Mexico.
Life took him through Las Cruces, El Paso, and eventually Los Angeles in 1989, where he settled in Redondo Beach. After nearly losing everything to a con artist’s investment scam at age 44, he rebuilt his life and became a multimillionaire within ten years. Now he trades stocks, enjoys bachelorhood, and writes thrillers drawing from his complex life experiences across criminal underworlds, military service, and entrepreneurial success.
About The Book
The Deadly Plastic Surgeon
‘The Deadly Plastic Surgeon’ follows Dr. Kai Singer, a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon and former Navy SEAL, whose routine surgery on Carlito Vega sets off a deadly chain of events. Vega, leader of the Cartel Del Golfo, sought facial reconstruction to hide his identity. When he realizes Kai knows his new face, he orders the assassination of the surgeon and his family.
The book documents the Singers’ fight for survival across Los Angeles, Mexico, and Ecuador. Kai’s father, Tony, a retired Navy SEAL surgeon, joins forces with elite Marines led by Sergeant Major Frank Colt. They employ advanced surveillance technology, including facial recognition satellites and stealth drones, to track Vega while staying ahead of cartel assassins.
The story builds toward a climactic raid on Vega’s compound in Matamoros. The action combines tactical military operations with personal stakes as Kai confronts the man who destroyed his family’s peace. Brutal cartel torture scenes, high-tech warfare, and international arms dealing create a fast-paced thriller exploring justice versus vengeance.
